Yoga is the stopping of the constantly revolving thoughts (Patanjali). Thinking is vital and can be very beautiful. But our being lies on the edge of it, in a different sphere. When we find the way to open up to our deep heart of silence, we sometimes find the connection to the source of happiness and strength. Meditation is the beginning of the search for it. (Thomas)
In the depth of meditation, the identification with the objects, perceptions, thoughts, and the observer and thinker dissolves.
There is no mindfulness, nor is there anything that requires mindfulness.
It is a being in an empty silence, a silent space that is not perceptible,
because there is no one there who perceives, nor does anything perceivable exist.
It engenders the deepest, all-encompassing happiness and fulfillment upon „re-emerging.“.
The conscious awareness in everyday life is mindfulness/meditation on the actual truth, which makes it possible to experience it anew in every moment.
Furthermore, it is possible to constantly experience the silence/emptiness in everyday experience and in encounters as an expression of inner peace, happiness, serenity, and joy, as a consciousness in the here and now. It is possible to experience what life is as a form of „unity“ from the AllThatIs. (Horst)
