Children's yoga workshop: CHILDREN'S YOGA AT CHRISTMAS TIME

We will bring Christmas stories to life through movement, followed by biscuit massages and guided visualisations. There will be Christmas movement verses, candle rituals and dances. We will learn Christmas yoga songs and play movement games.

Saturday 14 November 2026 from 10:00 to 16:00. 1 hour lunch break
